~ Celebrate my 100th Post! ~
To celebrate my 100th post I am hosting a HUGE Giveaway Party! A BIG thanks to all of you who have made my early days of blogging so enjoyable and for following me…..I have enjoyed my first 100 posts and plan on posting many more; meeting new people and reading about them and their recipes, traditions and family lives has been inspirational and I feel I have made some lifelong friends already.
I have THREE prizes up for grabs, a choice of one food hamper from Lakeland and two books as shown above; and there will be three separate draws and SEVEN opportunities to be entered into the draw!
~Here is how you can win one of these prizes ~
1. Follow me, see top right of this blog in the sidebar, and post a comment to say you are following me here.
2. Follow me on Twitter, again, see right hand sidebar to follow me. Leave a separate comment to say you have followed me.
3. Subscribe to my blog for daily e-mails ~ again in the sidebar on the right hand side. Leave a separate comment to say you have done so.
4. Tweet this post, using the Twitter button at the bottom of this post, again I need a separate post to say you have done this!
5. A DOUBLE entry into the draw ~ share this Giveaway post on your blog for TWO more chances of winning ~ share the live link so we are linked up and post the logo as shown here and leave a separate comment to say you have linked up with me:
6. Leave a comment telling me what you most like about my blog and what I can improve on in the future ~ again, I need a separate comment for this obviously!
That is SEVEN chances to have your name in the draw for one of the THREE prizes! For SEVEN chances I need SIX comments, with one comment for linking up a DOUBLE entry!

This Giveaway party will run from today the 20th September until Midnight GMT on the 1st October!
GOOD LUCK!
This is open to anyone, not just the UK ~ some hampers cannot be sent outside the UK, but I can substitute some that can be sent overseas!

Congratulations on your 100th post and what a generous way to celebrate. I would love a copy of prepped in particular but would be pleased to get any of these (big smiles). You're a very welcome addition to the food blogging world and I really enjoy your posts. I love what you write about and your recipes and the fact you are so generous with your comments and tweets. My only problem is that you are so prolific and I just don't have time to read it all.

  13. millefeuilles says

    Hello Karen,

Congratulations on your 100th post: I'm a VERY long way from that mark!

I would love to enter your giveaway (even if I too live in France?)

Thank you so very much for this super offer.

  14. carolinajewel says

  15. carolinajewel says

My favorite thing about your blog is spending time with you, mon amie! I missed your "company." I do love all your fabulous recipes and wonderful photography!

  16. Annie says

Hmm, what do I like most about your blog? I honestly don't see much room for improvement. You post more often than I can always keep up with, but that's hardly a criticism. When I do catch up with you I always find really good food brilliantly photographed that I know I'd love to eat. I'm not a huge foodie and yours is the only food blog I follow slavishly. I love it :D
Great giveaway Karen, and huge congratulations on your 100th post :D

  19. Andra Banting says

What I like most about your blog is the beautiful pictures. One thing I think would make it better is if you added a separate page with a list of your recipes and catergories of food.

  20. Janice says

I love to visit your blog to see the lovely meals you make, the fabulous photographs and I particularly like it when you show things that have a french feel to them.

  21. Alice says

…and I absolutely love you blog, especially the fact that you're so committed to the cause and post everyday…I think I could learn something from that with my blog! Honestly, I have nothing to suggest for improvement…just keep on blogging! (ps, in my first comment I didn't include my name so 'Anonymous' is me)

  22. Karen S Booth says

O-M-G! I came here to reply to all of your posts, I thought, but there are 62 of them, so PLEASE forgive me, but I won't have time to reply to you all individually!
THANKS so much for all of your kind AND helpful comments, and for entering this Giveaway with such gusto! That's brilliant! I have logged all entries to here, and have made a note of suggestions and comments too…..and PLEASE spread the word, this Giveaway is open until the 1st October, so plenty of time for friends to enter!

  29. Jenevieve says

I'm new to your blog and have to say it really is a great foodie blog, I love the recipes as well as the informative posts about a variety of food. I think I need to try the scottish morning rolls recipe, they look delicious! :) x

  30. JoeyGrey says

I've spent a nice morning reading through some of your recipes. I am an impatient cook – I like everything to be done simply and quickly – and you have some great recipes that suit my impatience. But there are others that are tempting me to put some effort in :) I'm going to give the ciabatta bread rolls a try first and then plunge into a few more over the next week.

  31. Inspired by eRecipeCards says

wow…. 160 comments! Just checking in to see if you had any interest (BTW, I follow you).

  36. Charlotte Jones says

Just been browsing back through your blog and am definitely going to have to have a go at some of the recipes this week!

Lovely, descriptive posts – they really make the foods seem like they are there in front of me :)

Love the detail in the photos with the posts – I always find that having photos as part of a recipe make me much more inclined to read on and, eventually, have a go at making it :)

  37. Karen S Booth says

THANKS for the HUGE turnout here, it is LOVELY to see so many people fired up!
The GIVE AWAY is closed now ~ winners will be announced early next week!
PLEASE DO NOT POST ANY MORE COMMENTS HERE!
    THANKS again!
