I am a Fish Fanatic as you all know, and we eat fish and seafood at least three times a week in our house……..and by far the BEST fish and seafood that I have tasted, is the fish and seafood that John supplies from Delish Fish in Peterhead in Scotland.  The service that John provides is second to none; you choose your fish or seafood on-line at his website Delish Fish, and then it is sent directly to you, door to door, and all beautifully packed in a special box with coolants and bubble wrap to keep it absolutely fresh. So, when my friend Dan, (The Curry Guy) from the wonderful curry website Great Curry Recipes asked me if I would like to co-host a weekly contest where £30 worth of Delish Fish is up for grabs, I said YES PLEASE!

    used to live on the med we used to have fish and seafood twice a week , u cant beat simple fresh fish simply baked with lime olive oil if iam cooking whole fish like seabass i usululy blend celery garlic salt pepper nad stuff it in the cavity then bake :)

    My all time favourite fish recipe is now Roasted Pepper Crusted Monkfish; we went to a friend’s home for dinner and it was fish, my husband prefers meat dishes to fish but he thoroughly enjoyed it too and we got the recipe from her and now cook it ourselves at home. It is great at this time of year with Jersey Royals and asparagus tips.
