Happy New Year!

I am sure that this year has flown by, as it only seems like a few weeks ago that I was celebrating New Year 2012 with you all……and here we are again, on the eve of a New Year. I was in two minds what to post – one idea was to post very little, almost like a blank canvas with a few words and maybe a poem……..but 2012 was such a busy and exciting year for me, with it’s ups and downs I admit, that I decided to create a calendar for all my readers. What will the future hold, I don’t know, and maybe that’s for the best, but one thing I do know is that I shall continue to write my daily posts, create new recipes as well as develop some exciting new projects………much more about them later. Thanks to all of you who have sent me emails and messages of encouragement and support, as well as all of you who follow my blog and leave such lovely, generous, fun and helpful comments – I appreciate each and every one of them, they are are a tangible link between you and me and sustain my daily writing. I wish you all a very happy and bright New Year. Hi Karen,
Your site is truly inspirational. I love, love, love your 5:2 diet posts. Far better than any that i’ve come across. I don’t even think that i’m on the diet when i put together and eat recipes. Thank you for all the hard work that you’ve obviously put in.
