I have been a bit lazy with my meal plans lately, but I do have a weekly plan for most of the time, even if it is only in my head! However, as I continue to lose weight following the 5:2 diet and with the winter weather becoming much colder, I thought I would share my weekly 5:2 meal plan with you all today, and collate all of my soup and stew recipes here, so you have a handy cold weather “5:2 Diet Soups and Stews Recipe Book”. I am also linking up to Mrs M’s Meal Planning Monday, as it is a handy resource to see what other’s have planned for the week ahead.
