    For my sweet Hubby I would use the heart pan. I would bake a nice dark chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse and a nice chocolate ganache.

    For my darling husband on Valentine’s Day. I would do a heart shaped cake with another surprise heart cake hidden inside. As an homage to that lovely line from the EE Cummings poem: “I carry your heart with mw. I carry it in my heart”

    I would part bake a food coloured red heart shaped sponge, stand it up in the case, then pour the rest of the uncooked mixture around it so when you cut into it it has it’s own red heart middle <3

    My hubby adores chocolate covered brandy snaps with fresh cream piped inside so I would make him a giant one of those and line the cake tin with cling film and use it as a jelly mould to make a lovely champagne jelly with raspberries.
