    I haven’t quite figured out what I shall make her this year. If I can’t already made her a chocolate marmalade cake, it might well be that BUT one thing is for sure, it will be a chocolate cake of some kind 😉


    Well Ive already planned to make her some white chocolate rock road treats but I want to bake her favourite date and walnut loaf too as she loves it when I make her one. Love her!

    My mum’s pavlova is the toast of the neighbourhood so I’d try and recreate her glorious speciality, with whipped cream and strawberries on top, yum!

    I would make a Victoria Sponge Cake filled with lemon curd, crushed blueberries and whipped cream, for my mom. It was one of her favorite desserts.

    i’d bake her rock cakes as when we were little she had a baking mishap and made real rock cakes, it’s a long standing joke now.

    I’d use the Pink Cook’s Dry Measure and Queen Icing Set to make the Little Chocolate and Violet Fancies. They look so delicious. I’ll be trying the recipe tomorrow. My mum could have some toast in the pretty rack while she was waitinf for cake.
