I have THREE prizes up for grabs, a choice of one food hamper from Lakeland and two books as shown above; and there will be three separate draws and SEVEN opportunities to be entered into the draw!

Hmm, what do I like most about your blog? I honestly don't see much room for improvement. You post more often than I can always keep up with, but that's hardly a criticism. When I do catch up with you I always find really good food brilliantly photographed that I know I'd love to eat. I'm not a huge foodie and yours is the only food blog I follow slavishly. I love it 😀

I've spent a nice morning reading through some of your recipes. I am an impatient cook – I like everything to be done simply and quickly – and you have some great recipes that suit my impatience. But there are others that are tempting me to put some effort in 🙂 I'm going to give the ciabatta bread rolls a try first and then plunge into a few more over the next week.
