Spend Vouchers, Get Rewards!

You can collect Club Card Points on almost anything that you purchase in Tesco; every 150 points is converted to £1.50 and it doesn’t take long before the points build up and you have a nice amount to spend! The really nice thing about collecting ClubCard points is that the vouchers can be put towards a myriad of amazing activities such as days out, going to the cinema, eating out in restuarants, booking a flight, hotel breaks as well as being put towards your weekly shopping too.  Your vouchers can also be exchanged for Rewards tokens where your ClubCrad vouchers are actually worth MORE than their face value! For example, every £5 in ClubCard vouchers gives you a massive £20 of Rewards Tokens to spend in PizzaExpress, and many more restaurants. 

The ClubCard system is easy, you simply fill out an application form, receive your card, collect your points everytime you do your shopping, have a home delivery,  fill up your car with fuel or order from Tesco Direct;  you then redeem your points for vouchers and then spend your vouchers. It couldn’t be easier or simpler, and why not make some money on the money you spend. 

Being a food writer, one of the benefits for me, apart from using my ClubCard vouchers on more shopping, was the ability to exchange my vouchers into rewards that I could then spend in restaurants.  There are some great restaurant chains that accept ClubCard rewards HERE.  It’s easy to change your vouchers into rewards, you simply order them online or by post, and all of the details are explained HERE. One of the restaurant chains that is part of the Rewards scheme is The Chef and Brewer Pub Chain, so you could do your weekly shop and then pop in to a Chef and Brewer pub for some traditional pub grub! Every £10 of ClubCard vouchers is converted into £40 worth of Rewards Tokens to spend in the pub, which should be enough for a family of four for lunch.
