Icing Sugar
bread pudding love the stuff
I would put all the ingredients I’d need to make cupcakes so I could then test out my icing skills again.
Custard … It’s so versatile and I’d put in on just about anything!
I failed at making icing for cupcakes last night, this set would’ve been the perfect solution! 😉
Butter, caster sugar, icing sugar, eggs, self-raising flower, chocolate chips, and lots of other goodies to make cakes with so I can make the most of the Dr Oetker range! 😀
tee hee, a piping bag and nozzles because I don’g have one!. And probably some chocolate (for cooking of course)

Great giveaway Karen! Hmmm… I’d be spoilt for choice with what to make but I’d really love to learnt o make French Fancies and this kit would be perfect!
I would bake some iced fairy cakes and some butterfly cakes especially for the sprinkles
cupcakes with the kids as theyd have a great time decorating them with all those lovely goodies
We would make vanilla muffins with strawberry icing … then everyone could pick whatever they like from these goodies to decorate theirs!

I think the question would be what WOULDN’T i make! I have a serious addiction to cake decorations, I have a three tier veg rack full to the brim with sprinkles, dragees, cupcake cases and the like… lol
An alternative Simnel Cake, put the marzipan on the inside and decorate the top with a panorama of spring!
I would probably decorate a birthday cake for myself!
I would use some for a big cake for my boys, and give a half of goodies to my son’s baking class, he goes to a special needs school, and they are always asking for help with money or products for the class. It is a small class, and they enjoy their baking sessions a lot.
I would make your mum’s kaleidoscope of fancies and/or lots and lots of cupcakes!
