I’m going on a cupcake decorating course soon, so would love to use these to practice making awesome looking spring cupcakes.

I would make a lemon or orange drizzle cake, perhaps decorated with the lemon and orange slices for fun. It seems to be one of those cakes that every one likes!
Part of my job is decorating cupcakes, so these decorations would be so much fun! Before I read the other comments, I was already thinking about lemon cupcakes. This warm spring weather makes me want citrus.

I would make a victoria sponge and decorate it for spring
I’d make anything as long as I could use those wafer daisies!!! Something delicate and floral – if I had any of your violet syrup I’d make some violet cupcakes.
If I won… I’d probably end up making some sort of cinnamon cupcakes with almond extract-infused icing. Yum. 🙂
I will make a cupcake decorated with pastel coloured flowers and butterflies
I would use it to make some lovely cakes for the summer fayre with my 3 children.
I would give them to my daughter who’s 11 she’s learning how to decorate cakes and cupcakes.
I would make a chocolate fudge cake then gocompletely OTT with toppings and decorations.
