I would send it to my husband. He has been my rock through a prolonged illness and yet another recent hospital stay. I come home to a clean house, with all the washing done, kids & dogs well looked after. He loves cake and I would love to surprise him.
What a LOVELY husband, he is a KEEPER! Good Luck and Get Well soon!
So tempting to say myself as I’m greedy! I’d send it to my boyfriend because he has been wonderfully supportive over the last few months, plus he might be nice enough to share!
I am SURE he will share some with you Jen!
I would send it to my wee neighbour, shes so sweet and lovely and always looking out for me when I forget my keys or miss a parcel… plus I know she will bring some round and share with me!
That is a FAB idea and such a lovely thing to do!
Other than being greedy and sending it to myself, I’d send it to my grandparents in Canada as I don’t see them very often! 🙂
Keep it yourself Laura! LOL!
I’d send it to my 8 year old niece and nephew – they are twins and turn 9 next month! They are also going to be starting middle school in September and my niece has just broken her arm!!! Fortunately she is happy with her pink cast!

I would send this to my husband to say a HUGE ‘thank-you’ for all the things he does for me. After a serious car accident 9 years ago (I drove off a cliff!!) and multiple complications of surgery, I am now permanently disabled, needing 24 hour help and care. He does this, all by himself, with no outside help. He has to do so very many things, but doesn’t complain. Sometimes ‘ Thank-you’ just doesn’t seem enough, no matter how often I say it, so I think one of these cakes would show him just how very much I appreciate everything he does and just how much I love him.
