Really, I don’t have any favourite comfort dish, but I need to be working on it as the temperatures are really starting to drop now. At least I’m having a soup today. That should give some warmth.
So many to choose from, I love stews and casseroles. Usually my favourite is the one I am eating at the time! I enjoyed a ‘Lancashire Hotpot’ last week. I also love ‘Coq au Vin’ and ‘Chicken Chausseur’. Beef Bourguingnon in a box sounds absolutely delicious. What a great prize. 🙂
