Can’t wait to try this recipe.
I have mad jam and marmalade since 1976 when I made my first bstch. I always cook from 2 kg fruit and 2 kg sugar.
My favourites are blackberry jam, fruit from the garden, and orange marmalade. The latter is my Dad’s recipe. This is my estluest memory.
By the way I make approximately 100 kars per year.
