Further new highlights taking place at the interactive Summer Living Workshop is Master Chocolatier Paul.A.Young renowned as the ‘Heston Blumenthal of the Chocolate Industry’ who will be wowing visitors with how to make water ganaches in exclusive Summer flavours including herbs, fruits and florals.
