I would fill the pancakes with lean beef mince (cooked in a tomato sauce) then pop then in an oven dish with grated cheese and sliced tomatoes on top to brown! Yummy!

The bacon idea looks fab! I’d definitely give that a go and try the American idea of pancakes, bacon and maple syrup, something I’ve always fancied trying but not got round to making.
A different pancake for each of the family – one likes dark chocolate, one likes lemon and the other likes Marmite!

Warm chocolate pancakes
I would make Pancakes with Marmite for hubby, pancakes with jam for me and pancakes with sugar and lemon for the kids!
With just plain old lemon and sugar!
I would make two things:
1. Banana and chocolate sauce pancakes.
2. I’d create a great day out with the family using the items for a picnic!
I would make pancakes with my grandaughter

I would make a buffet style pancake bonanza – then everyone will get their particular favourites & get to sample the rest, too. I think this sounds like a good movie night nibbles selection!

I would warm the pancakes and smother them in melted chocolate and good quality vanilla ice cream and top off with some chopped nuts!
