I would be a chewy meringue with toasted slivers of almonds and fresh cream.
I would be a plain scone. Not fancy, unassuming , but really great 🙂
Ooh that’s a tricky one! Sticking with the Betty’s theme, I’d be one of their Sarah Bernhardt cakes -a royal icing coated genoise sponge with champagne ganache and a hidden raspberry; just like a glamourous sister to the fondant fancy!
I would be a pink iced fondant, sweet on the outside with soft spongey inside and creamy filling….
