In Holland, they eat them much more often than that. The Dutch make sweet ones and savoury ones and fill them with all kinds of delicious foods……now, that’s my kind of pancake heaven! Abra-ca-Debora is the home of ready-made Dutch pancakes – they’re made from flour, fresh milk, eggs and vegetable oil and can be eaten with both sweet and savoury toppings. I would fill the savory ones with brie and blanched asparagus, roll up and pop in the oven for a few minutes. Serve on a bed of warm puy lentils and chopped roasted beetroot. Finally drizzle butter flavoured with tarragon all over the top. Much simpler than it sounds and a really good veggie supper! 🙂
