    I love our piped biscuits, its a basic Viennese mix – but the children have super fin piping big worms and odd looking phallic shapes – which they are obviously too young to find humorous.. none the less..very tasty dipped in choc 😉

    Stained glass window biscuits. Make the biscuit dough, cut out a hole in the centre and pop a boiled sweet into it, make a small hole in the top of the biscuit for a hanging ribbon.. Bake for the specified recipe time and hang on the tree for the light to shine through. Magic for small children.

    My favourite biscut is shortbread; i like petticoat tails shaped one best! I make them myself at Christmas as a real treat, using all butter, and they are infinitely better than anything i can buy, as home-made always is.
