– Better with Brita –
Showcase your Food at The Big Feastival &
Win a Brita Hamper of Goodies!
Following on from my first Better with Brita post earlier in the week, where I shared a fabulous recipe for Potato and Kale Curry, I am delighted to offer a wonderful opportunity for all Lavender and Lovage readers today! Brita and Delicious magazine want all artisans, home bakers or any budding food producers to share their recipes to be in with a chance to showcase their food at The Big Feastival this year (29th to the 31st August)! Whether your fairy cakes fly of the table at cake stalls or your marmalade has an aristocratic provenance, Brita wants to hear from you! They have teamed up with food magazine Delicious to find people who share the same passion as me, to discover people who are making amazing food and drink in their homes using filtered water and quality, local ingredients to create the best flavours possible.
So, if you know someone who makes the best steak and ale pies, or whose lemon curd makes lemons dance on the trees, or maybe your own fruit cakes are the envy of the cricket club tea, why not enter! All the details how to enter this contest are here: Delicious Magazine and Better with Brita Showcase Your Food. I would LOVE it if one of my readers won one of the THREE opportunities to showcase their food. I am very proud and pleased to announce that I am one of the judges on the panel, along with Fiona Hamilton, Rebecca Widdowson, a representative from The Big Feastival and the Delicious Food Magazine editor!

Fill&Go Bottles
As well as this fabulous competition, I also have a wonderful giveaway to offer all Lavender and Lovage readers. Brita has offered me a Brita Hamper comprising a Marella Jug in a colour of your choice, some Fill&Go bottles and Cartridges as a prize for all my readers. So, if baking and cooking isn’t your thing then why not enter the giveaway for a chance to win this fabulous prize!
