I alternate with Belvita biscuits and bran flakes. I havnt tried the choc ones yet but the yoghurt ones are great and fruit and fibre, forest fruits and the ‘normal’ one.

I am really bad with breakfast, even though I hate cereal that is my usual go to option as it is fairly quick and simple. If I am running late it is usually eating Cheerios like popcorn whilst I am stuck in traffic. I do have the occasional Belvita though but you have to be quick to get them in my house!

I make a speedy bircher style musli (i don’t leave it to soak overnight though) by just adding milk and yogurt to oats and then top with some fruit and honey.
Cereal with some cashew nuts mixed in, which my family thinks is weird!!

i sometimes make my own breakfast flapjack for a treat. In the week i normally enjoy plain yoghurt with fruits chopped on top and honey. I love porridge with drizzled honey and ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.

If I actually allow time for on the go food it is generally toast with nutella and banana just now. When I am on the go it normally means I am heading out on my wee motorbike so I cant eat whilst travelling. Just now it has to be something warm as its getting a bit chilly out there! x
