Welcome to a February’s Cooking with Herbs challenge and Linky Party! With a HUGE thanks to all last month’s entrants, the winner of the book AND the round-up will follow later today or tomorrow! This month, as most of Northern Europe and America lay under piles of snow, the theme is for:
Winter herbs are: Sage, Bay, Thyme, Rosemary, Chives, Mint, Parsley and Oregano
any herbs you grow inside too!
But, as usual, any recipes that have in herbs on them are acceptable and I look forward to seeing what you all come up with this month.
