I love a poached egg on wholemeal toast as it is quick and nutricious and keeps me going until lunch time.
My favourite would be a full English breakfast but we only have this when we’re on holiday -given its not the healthiest meal to be eating on a daily basis. Egg, bacon, sausage, beans, grilled tomato and hash browns – no nasty mushrooms, black pudding or anything else I happen to dislike 😀
I like boiled eggs on toast – it reminds me of being little and my kids love it too!
Muesli with added fruit a great way to start the day
During the week it’s a healthy smoothie, at the weekend it’s toast with peanut butter – yum!
I love a tasty full cooked breakfast that is grilled instead of fried and with poached eggs to make it healthier x
My favourite brekkie is a full English. It gives me the best start to a day and it is said eat breakfast like a king – well this is the top breakfast. It’s something us Brits can be truly proud of. Love the beach break breakfast sets, would be perfect with bangers, eggs, mushrooms…..
I love making cinnamon rolls — there’s something about taking the time to let them rise that makes them seem extra special!
Breakfast is my favorite meal, and I love a pretty herty one. I love baked goods, so a cup of tea and some pastries with perhaps some eggs and potatoes sounds pretty fabulous (in fact, now I’m hungry).

My favourite is porridge with a chopped banana on top.It’s tasty and filling,oh and healthy too!
Either lean grilled bacon on a good wholemeal cob or lots of peanut butter on granary bread with a cup of Yorkshire tea. Both feel indulgent but aren’t the most unhealthy things to pick!
I am a traditionalist …. Full English for me on high days and holidays …. Otherwise a pineapple and banana smoothie.

I love Eggs Benedict, a café very near to my home has it on the menu and you can watch them make it, down to whisking up the Hollandaise sauce, it’s to die for, the tastiest thing ever!

My favourite is a vegetarian healthy cooked breakfast- grilled ‘pretend bacon’ (I like the soya kind), scrambled eggs, pumpkin seed toast, vegetarian soya sausages and baked beans. I like it because it fills me up for the day with lots of protein and it’s yummy.
I always have a nice big bowl of porridge with a handful of raisins thrown in

A bowl of Rice Krispies with skimmed milk and a handful of blueberries thrown in! I’m gluten free and usually in a hurry so it’s quick, easy and fairly healthy.
I’m not good at eating in the morning so usually just have a yoghurt.

My favourites are Eggs Benedict, because they are a special treat which I don’t have very often, so having Eggs Benedict always means it’s a special day!
I don’t tend to eat breakfast except when I am on holiday when I love to have Bacon sausage and beans
I usually only have a cup of black tea and a small bowl of cereal for breakfast but must confess to absolutley loving the occasional bacon buttie….dripping with proper butter and lashings of HP Sauce.

Free range eggs from the supermarket don’t taste as good. I can make soda bread but soda bread made by
an Irish mammy is so special. Every Irish mammy’s recipe is unique.
I usually eat Porridge with golden syrup most days but do like a boiled egg with wholemeal bread now and again.

Whisk a couple of eggs, a splash of milk, salt and pepper, sliced tomatoes and chopped onions. Mix it all up in a bowl and pop into the microwave for 5 minutes. Hot tasty and ready in minutes
Marmalade on toast. I know it’s not special to many, but it’s what my husband makes me when he makes breakfast in bed, so it’s special to me 🙂

I love Overnight Oats. I make different variations so that I don’t tire of it. It’s my go-to recipe for an easy breakfast. I layer porridge oats with fruit and yogurt then put it in the fridge the night before I’m going to eat it…….lush!
