I would cook my ‘chuck in’ version of Spanish omelette. I start off by frying some hash browns, then add whatever ingredients I have going spare at the time. Then add beaten egg. The trouble is, because it’s thick, it’s hard to cook it all the way through. I usually finish it under the grill, but this fabulous Saute pan, with lid, would do the job well, I’m sure.
We love beef stew and dumplings in our house so I would cook that.
