Taste of Dublin chosen charity is foodcloud……..FoodCloud is a not-for-profit social enterprise set up with the aim of reducing food waste, reducing food poverty and bringing communities together through shared food. It was originally founded by students in Trinity College who realised that within communities food businesses were throwing away perfectly good food and charities were struggling to raise funding to feed those who need it most. Since then FoodCloud has evolved and now has over 22 donating businesses including Tesco, Starbucks, Supervalu and Fresh The Good Food Market.
