Barbecued Peaches with Honey and Lavender

A FABULOUS summer dessert that is SO easy to make and looks impressive, as well as being fat free and low in calories! You can also use nectarines if you like, but they are higher in calories. A recipe that is suitable for the 5:2 fasting diet as well as Weight Watchers.
Ingredients
- 4 medium fresh peaches (cut in half and the stone removed - 38 calories per peach)
- 4 tablespoons organic honey (clear honey is best - 51 calories per tablespoon)
- 8 sprigs of lavender (0 calories)

Directions
Step 1 | Light the barbecue and cut out 3 large squares of tinfoil/aluminium foil. |
Step 2 | Cut the peaches in half and discard the stone, |
Step 3 | Place the two halves in the middle of the foil and spoon the honey over the top of the two peach halves, Add a sprig of lavender and seal the foil parcel up tightly. |
Step 4 | Place the foil parcels on the preheated barbecue and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until you can hear the peach juices and honey bubbling. |
Step 5 | Carefully open the parcels and serve straight away with 0% yoghurt if dieting or with crème fraîche or cream if not dieting! |
