Such an easy appetiser hack - just whiz up a jar of Peppadew™ Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese with some crème fraiche and garlic for a 5 minute party topping idea. Serve on mini bruschetta baguette toasts and top with an olive - eh voila!
Ingredients
- 1 x jar of Peppadew™ Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese
- 4 tablespoons crème fraiche
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules (NOT garlic salt)
- half a thin baguette, cut into thin slices and lightly toasted
- green olives, cut in half

Directions
| Step 1 | Drain the Peppadew™ Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese and then tip them into a large mixing bowl. |
| Step 2 | Add the crème fraiche and garlic granules and blend to a smooth paste with a hand held mixer or stick blender. |
| Step 3 | Spoon the Peppadew pepper spread over the toasted baguette bruschetta slices, and top with halved olives to serve. |
