Ingredients 90g fresh North Atlantic prawns, cooked and peeled (40 calories a portion) 1 large pink grapefruit, peeled and split into segments (26 calories a portion) 40g salad leaves (3 calories a portion) 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise (15 calories a portion) Tabasco, to taste (0 calories) fresh mint leaves (6 calories a portion) salt and pepper Note A simple flavour packed salad which is only 90 calories per portion. Directions Step 1 Add 3 to 4 drops (or more) of Tabasco to the low-fat mayonnaise, mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper; spoon it into a small serving bowl.
