A simple flavour packed salad which is only 90 calories per portion. This salad is perfect for anyone following the 5:2 diet as well as Weight Watchers.
Ingredients
- 90g fresh North Atlantic prawns, cooked and peeled (40 calories a portion)
- 1 large pink grapefruit, peeled and split into segments (26 calories a portion)
- 40g salad leaves (3 calories a portion)
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise (15 calories a portion)
- Tabasco, to taste (0 calories)
- fresh mint leaves (6 calories a portion)
- salt and pepper

Directions
| Step 1 | Add 3 to 4 drops (or more) of Tabasco to the low-fat mayonnaise, mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper; spoon it into a small serving bowl. |
| Step 2 | Arrange the salad leaves on a plate, and then add the prawns and grapefruit segments. Finely chop the mint leaves and scatter them over the top. |
| Step 3 | Serve the prawn and grapefruit salad with the spicy mayonnaise for dipping. |
