Welcome to the March Cooking with Herbs Round-Up of Recipes! Thanks to all of you who entered and added your recipes this month and to all of you who cooked with the suggested themed herb for March, Rosemary – as ever, I am always astounded by the variety of different recipes that are added to this monthly event and as you can see by the list below, there were some really stunning dishes. I hope that this monthly round-up will be helpful source of inspiration to any cooks out there looking to expand into more cooking with herbs.     Fantastic round up of recipes. I especially like the sound of the lime and rosemary zeppole. We have lots of rosemary growing in the garden so I shall be definitely recreating some of these recipes at home.

    Thanks for doing the round-up of so many lovely recipes despite the nightmare of deleting the draft. If that list of beautiful and delicious dishes doesn’t help cooking with herbs, I don’t know what would do …
