Just how cool is your fridge, I was asked, and NO, it’s not the temperature, but my “fridge street cred”! Well, my fridge is a trifle packed at present, as I have LOTS of recipe development jobs to do, and it’s very well stocked………..
…….as you can see, it’s packed to the gunnels! So, what’s in my fridge? Well, there’s lots of salad, including grated carrot which we love, orange juice, cheese, grated cheese, cat food(!), cream, home-made blood orange curd, crème fraîche, butter, margarine, anchovies, sauces, chutney, pickles, sliced ham, sliced cheese, milk, goat’s mill and a bottle of lemonade. (Surprisingly, there’s no wine, I must have drank it all!)
What does my fridge say about me? I hate to think, although I think it’s fairly well organised given how much I’ve managed to ram into it! If you fancy sharing your fridge with the world, Homebase have a great competition on at the moment……here’s how to enter it:

I’m sure there will be LOTS of photos showing off fridge magnets – I’m a bit of an anti-fridge magnet person, (I realise that puts me in the minority) and the only ones I have on my fridge are these handy conversions! But ignore me and my fridge magnet phobia, and just snap a photo of your fridge to be in a with a chance of winning.
